The problem
With several stores closing out the day's cash, consolidating everything by hand is slow. The company's cash picture arrives later than operations need it.
What we built
- Daily closing entered by each employee with their own login, and consolidated by store, by person, and by period.
- Approval workflow across store, management, headquarters, and accounting, with separate roles for who enters and who approves.
- Approved reports are locked. Any change creates a new version and preserves the original.
- Official PDF, Excel export, and attachments.
- Automatic treasury: the money in the report flows into the accounts on its own.
- Modules for invoices, flights operated, and customer service with tickets.
- Interface in French, English, and Portuguese.
